When older or single people move from oversized single-family homes into centrally located small apartments, they remain in their familiar surroundings – with all essential services within walking distance. At the same time, single-family homes become available for young families. This creates a sustainable housing cycle for all generations.
Generationenhaus Ruggell is a multi-generational house including apartments, a group medical practice, and a day-care structure.
